Original graphic design, graphic manipulation, copy layout, vinyl graphics, ink jet and digital image production and mounting, cutout lettering, and lighting and illumination challenges are produced and coordinated by professionals.
Graphic functions are either performed in-house or in partnership with qualified vendors, allowing quick production times and effective quality control.
Perhaps you already have a trade show exhibit, but are unhappy with the service you're receiving from your current exhibit company. Ohio Displays can step in and help you store and maintain your existing booth. We can even help you freshen it up with new graphics, touch-ups, resurfacing, etc. Whatever you need, we are here to help.

Depending on the shipment size, destination & time allotted, we can make arrangements with the proper freight carriers to get your exhibit delivered on time and at a reasonable cost. On request, you are provided a copy of all shipping documentation. We can pre-pay your transportation costs & accept "collect" return shipments as well.
Let Ohio Displays provide storage & handling for your exhibit between shows. Our warehousing staff provides safe & reliable handling of your exhibit properties. To make storage costs "fair" & consistent, we base handling costs by the "100 weight" method, charging a set amount for each 100 pounds moved.
Storage rates are figured by the "cubic feet" of space used. To keep your storage costs as low as possible, all storage areas are configured to an extremely efficient "footprint" keeping your storage space to a reasonable minimum.
Let us handle the "paperwork". Our staff is well versed in the fine art of show form completion & ordering. We will review your requirements, pull the necessary forms & create the physical orders for you.
Most show service companies require pre-payment of all show services with your order. Ohio Displays, Inc. can pre-pay all (or part) of your show-related expenses, enabling you to consolidate all show costs from one source.

Having a supervisor who is familiar with your exhibit can be a great cost savings measure, especially if your exhibit is substantial. On-site supervision is available from your experienced Account Executive as well as from many of our production staff.
Depending on the complexity of your exhibit and the location of the show, it could be wise to contract an "independent contractor" for your installation & dismantling needs. Our longevity in the industry has resulted in working relationships with competent & dependable labor providers in virtually every American "trade show" city (as well as many international destinations).
